This Privacy Policy explains how Airport Transfer USA (“we,” “our,” “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit airporttransferusa.com (the “Site”), request a quote or book a transfer.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Londonos Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12665318), trading as Airport Transfer USA. Registered office: 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. Londonos Ltd is responsible for your personal information.

2. Information we collect

Booking and quote details: your name, e-mail address, phone number, pickup and drop-off addresses, travel date and time, flight number, number of passengers and luggage, and any notes you add (for example child seats or accessibility needs).
Payment information: card payments are handled by Stripe. We receive the payment status and limited card details (such as card brand and last four digits); we never see or store your full card number.
Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and how you use the Site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Communications: messages you send us by e-mail, phone or text, and records of your bookings and cancellations.

We do not ask for sensitive information. If you tell us about a medical or accessibility need so we can arrange a suitable vehicle, we use it only for that purpose.

3. How we use your information

To quote, book, confirm and manage your transfer, and to send you booking e-mails and reminders
To share your trip details with the local Operator who carries out your ride
To track your flight so your pickup matches your landing time
To take payment, issue refunds and prevent fraud
To answer your questions and handle complaints or lost property
To understand how the Site is used and improve it
To meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations

We send marketing e-mails or texts only if you have agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not send marketing text messages without your prior express written consent.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:

Operators: the licensed local car service company and driver carrying out your ride (name, phone number, pickup details, flight number and notes)
Service providers who help us run the Site and our service, under contract: Stripe (payments), Google (maps, address search and analytics), Cloudflare and our hosting provider (website delivery and security), and our e-mail and messaging providers
Authorities where the law requires it, or to protect the safety of passengers, drivers or the public

5. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to make the Site work, for example to remember your booking steps. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site; it uses cookies and collects device and usage information. Advertising cookies are not used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

6. How long we keep it

We keep booking records for at least 12 months after your trip, and longer where tax, accounting or legal rules require it. Quote requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on the state you live in (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and other states with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to:

know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it
correct inaccurate information
delete your personal information
opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, or its use for targeted advertising (we do not do either)
not be treated differently for using these rights

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will verify your identity before acting on it and respond within the time the law requires (usually 45 days). An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf with your written permission. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. Payments are processed by Stripe, which is certified to the PCI DSS Level 1 standard.

9. International transfers

We are based in the United Kingdom, and some of our service providers are located outside the United States. Your information may therefore be processed in the United Kingdom and other countries, with safeguards to protect it.

10. Children

The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Bookings must be made by an adult.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with its “Last updated” date.
