Getting from MCO to Orlando
Taxis use the Level 1 ground transportation curb in Terminals A and B and Level 6 in Terminal C, and app rides pick up at the arrivals curb. Local public buses serve the airport, and Brightline trains run from the airport's own station. For most visitors heading to theme park resorts or International Drive, a pre-booked car is the straightforward choice, since it carries the whole family and luggage directly to the hotel entrance.
Arrival tips
- In Terminals A and B, international passengers clear customs first and then ride the Gate Link shuttle to the main terminal; allow time.
- In Terminal C, you collect bags before customs and exit into a meet and greet area on Level 6.
- Terminals A and B share one building, while Terminal C is separate, linked by the Terminal Link train; your confirmation gives the meeting point for your terminal.
- Order child seats when you book; families with young children are common on Orlando arrivals and seats are supplied only on request.

MCO is about 20 miles from the main Central Florida attractions, and the drive time depends on traffic, your resort's location and the time of day. Toll roads are often the fastest route, and tolls are already included in your fixed price. Your driver tracks your flight so the pickup matches your actual landing.

Southwest, Frontier and several low-cost carriers use Terminal A. Terminal B serves airlines such as American, Delta, United, Alaska and Air Canada. JetBlue and many long-haul international airlines use Terminal C. Confirm with your airline before travel, as assignments can change.
Can a private car take a big family to our resort from MCO?
Yes. A Minivan carries up to 6 passengers with 6 bags, and a Sprinter Van carries up to 14 passengers, which works for extended families or groups sharing a vacation home. Child seats can be added when you book. Rides are operated by licensed, insured local car service companies.
Where do international passengers exit at Orlando International?
It depends on the terminal. In Terminals A and B you clear customs first, collect bags and then ride the Gate Link shuttle to the main terminal. In Terminal C, bag claim comes before customs, and you exit into a meet and greet area on Level 6. Your confirmation gives the meeting point.
