Private car from BOS to anywhere in Boston. Fixed price before you fly, flight tracking and meet & greet.

About Logan International

Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is in East Boston, across the harbor from downtown and about 3 miles from the city center. All airlines operate from four passenger terminals: A, B, C and E.

Our Logan airport transfer is a private car booked ahead at a fixed price in US dollars, with tolls and the airport fee included. Your driver tracks your flight, meets you at the meeting point named in your confirmation, and you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup.

Logan rides most often go to downtown Boston, Back Bay, Cambridge and the suburbs, with longer trips to destinations across New England.

Getting from BOS to Boston

Taxis use stands on the Arrivals level of every terminal, with dispatchers on hand, and app rides are picked up in the Central Parking Garage, or the Terminal B garage for Terminal B. The free Silver Line SL1 bus runs from the terminal curb to South Station, and a free shuttle reaches the Blue Line at Airport Station. Logan Express buses and water transportation serve other areas. A pre-booked car avoids the garage walk and taxi lines and drops you at the door.

Arrival tips

  1. Logan has designated limo pickup areas that differ by terminal. Your confirmation gives the meeting point for your terminal, so read it before landing.
  2. International flights usually arrive at Terminal E, where you clear passport control and customs before exiting; allow extra time.
  3. Curbside waiting is not allowed at Logan, so head to your meeting point once you have your bags rather than standing at the curb.
  4. Massport posts roadway construction updates for the airport; your driver plans the route, but checking ahead helps set expectations.

BOS transfer questions

How long does the drive from Logan to downtown Boston take?

Logan is only about 3 miles from downtown Boston, but the route depends on the harbor tunnels, and the drive time depends on traffic and the time of day. Short distances can still take a while during rush hour. Because the price is fixed when you book, any delay in the tunnels does not change the cost of your transfer.

Where do international passengers arrive at Boston Logan?

Terminal E is Logan's primary international terminal, handling international arrivals and departures. After landing you pass through passport control and customs and collect your bags before meeting your driver. We track your flight and plan the pickup around the actual landing time, and your driver's details are sent before you arrive.

Can you drive me from Logan to destinations outside Boston?

Yes. Besides Boston, Cambridge and nearby suburbs, you can book longer transfers to other towns in Massachusetts and the wider New England region. Enter the full address when booking to see a fixed price in US dollars, including tolls and the airport fee, before you confirm. Rides are operated by licensed, insured local companies.

Which vehicle should I book for a group arriving at Logan?

Choose a Sedan for up to 3 passengers with 3 bags, a Minivan for up to 6 passengers with 6 bags, or a Sprinter Van for groups of up to 14. Ski and sports equipment takes extra space, so size up if you carry it. Child seats can be requested at the time of booking.
