LAS Airport Transfers: Harry Reid International

Private car from LAS to anywhere in Las Vegas. Fixed price before you fly, flight tracking and meet & greet.

About Harry Reid International

Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is a short drive from the south end of the Las Vegas Strip, which makes it one of the most convenient major airports for reaching hotels. It operates two separate terminal buildings, Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, linked by courtesy shuttle buses.

Our private transfers come with a fixed fare in US dollars, shown before booking and including tolls and the airport fee. We watch your flight, adjust the pickup to your real arrival, and send the driver's name and number before landing.

Most transfers from LAS go to Strip resorts, downtown Las Vegas and Fremont Street, the Las Vegas Convention Center, Henderson and Summerlin.

Getting from LAS to Las Vegas

Taxis wait outside baggage claim at both terminals, and Uber and Lyft use marked areas inside the parking garages. RTC buses serve the airport, and shared shuttle services run to selected Strip hotels. A pre-booked private car takes you straight to the resort entrance and suits groups, conventions, or trips to Henderson and Summerlin.

Arrival tips

  1. At Terminal 1, taxis wait outside baggage claim on the east side near doors 1 to 4; at Terminal 3, they are on Level Zero near door 52.
  2. Uber and Lyft pickups are inside the parking garages: Level 2 at Terminal 1 and the Valet Level at Terminal 3.
  3. Terminals 1 and 3 are separate buildings, so check which one you are landing at; courtesy shuttles run between them.
  4. Your confirmation gives the meeting point for your terminal, and your driver's name and phone number come through before you land.

LAS transfer questions

How long is the drive from LAS to the Las Vegas Strip?

The airport is close to the south end of the Strip, but the time depends on traffic, your hotel's position along Las Vegas Boulevard and queues at resort entrances during big events. The airport does not publish a typical figure, so we do not quote one. Allow extra time on convention and fight weekends.

Which terminal will I land at in Las Vegas?

Southwest, American, Delta, Allegiant and Sun Country use Terminal 1. United, Alaska, Frontier, JetBlue, Hawaiian and most international airlines use Terminal 3. The two buildings are not connected by walkway, so make sure your driver and your booking name the right terminal.

Can I book a Sprinter Van for a group trip to Vegas?

Yes. The Sprinter Van carries up to 14 passengers, which works for bachelor and bachelorette parties, conference teams and wedding guests arriving together. A Minivan takes six passengers with six bags. Since we follow each flight, the pickup adjusts if your group's arrival time changes.

What if my plans change before my Las Vegas trip?

You can cancel without charge up to 24 hours ahead of pickup, Las Vegas local time. Rides are operated by licensed, insured local car service companies, and child seats can be added on request when you book. Expect your driver's contact details by message ahead of landing.
